Marc Labrie

As the Director of Vegetation Management, Marc is responsible for the leadership of GSI's Utility Vegetation Management team. With over 24 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge that effectively matches our customers' needs with GSI's Forester software solution. Marc has an Urban Forestry degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University specializing in Project Management. He also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist/Utility Specialist . He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, International Society of Arboriculture, and the Utility Arborist Association. Marc has worked on projects to obtain utility scale cyclical trim maintenance, Transmission scale Right of Way reclamation and played a key role in Emergency Preparedness Management serving as Incident Commander at the operating company level of one of the nation's largest utilities.
